    Attending In-Person


    How do I register? 

    Click ‘RESERVE YOUR TABLE’ in the toolbar at the top of the page. Once you have selected your preferred pass and completed registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking information.



    How will I gain entry to the event?

    In the lead up to the event you will receive an email from FT Live with a link for you to enter the details of your table members into zkipster (our award event portal). In the lead up to the event all table members will receive further instructions on how to access the event on the day. You will need to provide your name to access the event, if your name is not on the list you will need to provide a confirmation email.


    Why can't I find any emails related to the event?

    You may have accidentally unsubscribed. Please contact the FT Live Customer Services Team via email at ftlive@ft.com or by calling +44 (0) 207 775 6653.

    How will my personal data be handled?  

    Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    Pass Queries


    What is the cancellation policy?  

    If you can no longer attend the event and you have bought a pass, please contact the FT Live Customer Services Team as soon as possible via email at ftlive@ft.com or by calling +44 (0) 207 775 6653. To find out more about cancellation fees please visit our FT Live Terms and Conditions page.


    Can I transfer or upgrade my pass?

    If you would like to transfer your pass to another person or upgrade your pass, please contact the FT Live Customer Services Team via email at ftlive@ft.com or by calling +44 (0) 207 775 6653.

    Venue

    How do I get to the venue?

    The event will be taking place in Hong Kong . Further details on the venue will be provided soon.


    Is the venue accessible? 

    We select our venues to ensure that all our events are as accessible as possible for our guests. If you have any specific accessibility requirements you will have the opportunity to indicate this when filling out the zkipster form closer to the event.

    Hospitality 

    Will food and drink be provided at the event?

    Yes, food and drinks will be provided at the event.


    I have dietary requirements, what should I do? 

    If your group have any specific dietary requirements you will have the opportunity to state them when filling in table members details to zkipster for the event.
